1. Who we are

CNB Records is a UK independent record label and artist development agency, operating UK-wide with no fixed physical location. CNB Records is not yet registered as a company under the Companies Act 2006; once incorporated, our company name, registration number and registered office address will be added here, as required by the Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, including submitting a demo or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Use of this website

You may browse this site and use its forms for their intended purpose — learning about CNB Records, submitting your music for consideration, or getting in touch. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated scraping or spamming of our forms, and no submission of unlawful, infringing or offensive content.

4. Demo submissions

Submitting a demo or link to your music does not transfer any rights in your work to CNB Records, and it does not create any representation, recording or publishing agreement between us. You confirm that you own or otherwise control the rights to any material you submit, and that sharing it with us for evaluation doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We aim to review submissions and respond within a reasonable timeframe, but we can't guarantee a response to every submission.

5. Intellectual property

The CNB Records name, logo and the content of this website (text, graphics, layout) belong to CNB Records or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our permission, other than for normal browsing of the site.

6. No warranty / liability

This website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNB Records is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok). We aren't responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those external sites.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as the site or our services change. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
